Drawings & Official Rules

Currently I am not running any drawings.

Official Rules for Book Drawings or Giveaways Sponsored by the Author:

• There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in any book drawing or giveaway.
• All entrants must be at least 18 years old, and reside in the United States.
• Unless otherwise stated the duration of the drawing or giveaway is limited to the day it is announced and the deadline for entry is 11:59pm that day.
• Unless otherwise stated, you only need to leave a comment on the blog hosting the drawing or giveaway to be included.
• Unless otherwise stated, the prize is a single electronic copy of a book, provided as a free download.
• Unless otherwise stated, the retail value of the prize is less than $6.00 USD.
• Generally the prize will be delivered electronically as either a PDF or a download code. Alternatively a download code can be mailed to the winner via the United States Postal Service if a physical address is supplied.
• The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
• Neither the author, nor the blogger hosting the author are responsible for technical failures, typographical errors or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Winners will generally be selected randomly within 24 hours after the giveaway period ends. Whenever possible, winners will be notified by email. Unless otherwise specified, in the event that contact information for the winner is not available, the winner’s user name will be posted on the hosting blog site and/or the author’s website within 48 hours of the end of the drawing or giveaway. The winner has 1 week to claim their prize from the author. If the prize remains unclaimed beyond that time, it may be re-awarded at the author’s sole discretion.
• By entering the drawing or giveaway, the winner grants the author the right to post his or her name or user name on the hosting blog site as well as the author’s website.
• Entrants agree to hold the hosting blogger, the author, and Duncurra LLC harmless in the event that the prize in some way negatively impacts the winner.
• Any questions or disputes should be directed to the author via email at cecigiltenan@comcast.net
• Any drawing or giveaway is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW

I offer my sincerest apologies to anyone who resides outside the United States or in a state where drawings or giveaways such as this are void. If you wish to receive a free copy of one of my books please contact me and tell me why. I have a limited number of promotional copies available to distribute at my discretion and may be able to provide one to you.
