Thanks so much for posting this. When I first saw this I was awestruck with the courage that it took this young man to chase his dreams, given that he has faced so many obstacles in his life. As you said in previous posts, courage has many faces. While this is not something written, it conveys the message of courage. It takes courage to make a choice to take a chance or your life will never change. The choice to overcome a debilitating disease, a congenital deformity, to leave an abusive relationship, to start your life over again, to overcome the pain and stigma of sexual abuse, to face your demons…they all take courage. I hope that your fans are as moved by this as I was.
Thank you again Rhonda for sharing this. Leah, like you, I was speechless last night when she sent it to me and I still am. As Mary said, it certainly puts things in perspective.

I’m glad that you enjoyed the post. I certainly puts all of the silly little things we stress over in perspective. I watch this every now and then just to serve as a reality check when I am feeling low, and I cry like a baby each and every time. I hope that you enjoy Highland Courage!

It puts everything in perspective, right? Thank you, Rhonda for sharing this. My favorite story! Now I must go find some tissues…
